The carbon silicon analyzer in front of the furnace is also known as a thermal analyzer, carbon silicon equivalent analyzer, carbon silicon composition analyzer, and rapid molten iron analyzer in front of the furnace. The carbon silicon analyzer in front of the furnace is widely used for on-site measurement of raw iron such as gray iron, ductile iron, ductile iron, and vermicular iron. Solid phase temperature TS, liquid phase temperature TL, pouring temperature TM, silicon content, carbon content, carbon equivalent. Anti electromagnetic interference is adopted by carbon silicon analyzers, dust-proof, designed to be ultra-thin and portable, making it easy to operate.

The collection of temperature curves is carried out using microprocessors, and the carbon silicon composition and quality of molten iron can be measured using the crystallization method of molten iron. The evaluation method has been improved to work, and important metallurgical parameters can be automatically controlled, To compensate for the difficulty in accurately measuring non-metallic elements (C, Si) through spectroscopy, conventional analytical instruments cannot meet the time requirements for rapid analysis before the furnace, and the quality control requirements for casting production can be met.

Precautions for furnace front carbon silicon analyzer:

1. Check the ventilation conditions. During use, a cooling environment with ventilation conditions must be owned by the carbon silicon analyzer. To prevent malfunctions caused by high temperatures, carbon silicon analyzers should not be placed in enclosed boxes or environments with strong thermal radiation.

2. In order to release the pollution caused by electrical equipment such as induction furnaces, welding machines, and overhead cranes to the power supply, a separate ground wire with a ground resistance less than 3 ohms is required for the filtering system of all carbon silicon analyzers. In order to ensure the measurement accuracy of the instrument, it is necessary to reliably connect it to the power plug of the instrument and the grounding column of the compensating wire.

3. If the carbon silicon analyzer is not used continuously, it must be turned on and on once a week, and the startup time must not be less than 16 hours, to charge the battery that maintains memory and the benchmark comparison battery, in order to maintain the accuracy of the instrument.

4. Output power lines separately from the transformer distribution panel to the instrument power socket.
